Terms and Conditions

Reception Hours

Reception is open daily
Summer: 8:30am - 8:00pm 
Winter: 8.30am - 6.30pm
Christmas Day: shortened hours

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be possible with prior arrangement. 


Late Check-in

If you are arriving later than 6:30pm in winter and 8:30pm in summer, we ask that you contact our reception staff during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements. You may call on 0800 26 76 46 or email reservations@coromandeltop10.co.nz


Deposits and Payments

Peak Periods and Public Holidays - full cost of stay is payable at the time of booking - no refunds.
Peak Holiday period from the 22nd of December to January 12th.

Low and High Season - full payment due 14 days before arrival - free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival, no refund given if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival. 

No refund will be given for early departure due to weather conditions.

Groups - 25 % of total cost of your booking payable within a week of making the booking (non refundable)  - 75% due at least 3 months prior to your arrival with the balance payable 14 days prior to your stay. 


Minimum stay/tariffs

Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and peak season. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. Tariffs may change depending on availability and occupancy.


Child Ages

Child age is 2 to 14 years inclusive - where child rates are offered. Children under 2 years old stay free.


Pet Policy

Sorry we do not accept pets in our park 



We ask that all guests restrict their noise level after 10.00pm and before 7.00am. No music or radios after 10.00pm. Alcohol must only be consumed on sites booked to guests. Coromandel TOP 10 Holiday Park reserves the right to refuse entry and/or request termination of booking without refund regarding disorderly conduct. 


COVID-19 Vaccination Policy and Traffic light protection

As of the 20th of December 2021 all guests that choose to stay at the Coromandel TOP 10 will be required to be fully vaccinated. Verification of vaccination will be required before you complete your check in on the day of arrival. We will be keeping our guests up to date with any changes as they come through from industry and government.

We acknowledge that not everyone wishes to be vaccinated against Covid-19. If you are not vaccinated and you have a booking with us you will be entitled for a full cancellation refund. 

Cancellations will only be accepted via email only. Please email your cancellation request to reservations@coromandeltop10.co.nz before the 10th December 2021 or at least 14 days prior to arrival. 

If we do not receive your email request within this time period then your standard cancellation terms and conditions will apply to your booking.


Data Use Terms and Conditions

When you register or give us personal information when making a reservation with us, it will be held on the TOP 10 Holiday Park Group central database. Your personal details will then be able to be accessed by TOP 10 Holiday Parks Central Office and other TOP 10 Holiday Parks if you are making a reservation with them. Coromandel TOP 10 will not, except as required by law, share this information with any other third parties without your permission.

Coromandel TOP 10 and/or the TOP 10 Central Office may send out periodic emails informing you of special offers, updated information and new services. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe to these communications.
