Coromandel gem

This park is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and tv rooms are above standard. We would recommend a stay to anyone. The amenities cater for everyone. We only stayed overnight but if time permitted we would have stayed longer.

We came to the coromandel for a friends birthday. This top 10 was great, it was clean, quiet and just what we need. I will definitely return over summer. There were good facilities for children and a heated pool.

Weekend Break

Weekend family bonding. As a solo parent it was a good place to just chill with my daughter. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly people. As it was not peak season it was really quiet but that was a good thing. Wonderful facilities.

Warm despite wet

This top 10 is very clean and tidy. All the facilities are glazing. Green spaces, despite winter are very well maintained. All the staff (managers, local, woofers) is nice, smiling, helpful on demand. A dream place to rest expecting for better weather. Carpe diem, there's nothing we can do against winter bad weather ! 45 minutes to Whitianga : Hot Springs is a relaxing place (but expensive for 90 minutes). Funny old train one hour trip along the forest. Delicious food in the village (chowders, seafood soups, smoked mussels, oysters, fish and chips...) Amazing few local shops where you can find everything you need and don't need ! Interesting 2 hours muddy walk around the village, in the forest, finishing on a ford where you need to build your stones' paths to cross. Very fragrant honeysuckle on the road of McGregor Bay.

A great all round park, friendly staff, immaculate grounds, clean shared facilities, walk to town, good cellphone and wifi signal. Pet friendly during the quiet months. We appreciated having our small dog with us. Many thanks.
