Reception is open daily.
Summer: 8:30am – 8.00pm.
Winter: 8.30am – 6.30pm.
Christmas Day: Shortened hours.
Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time is from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is by 10.00am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be possible with prior arrangement.
If you are arriving later than 6:00pm, we ask that you contact our reception staff during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements. You may call on 0800 267646 or email email@example.com
Deposits and Payments
For standard bookings, a deposit of the first nights stay is required at the time of booking, the remaining is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
For group bookings, a deposit of the first nights of each booking or 50% of the total (whichever is greater) is required 1 week after the booking is made, the remaining and confirmed numbers are then due 14 days prior to arrival.
Payments can be made via internet banking or by using a Visa or Mastercard (2.5% fee).
A $50.00 modification fee may be applied to bookings that are requesting a change.
Group behavioral bonds
We now require all groups to pay a behavioral bond of $500.00 at the time of check in. This will be refunded at the time of check out if management agree. We will provide you with the conditions of this bond at the time of payment. Any conditions broken will incur the $500.00 fee.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation the following will apply to all deposits paid;
Peak Season (21 December to 12 January) and Public Holidays – no refund.
All other periods – free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
No refund given if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival.
No refunds given for declining guest numbers within 14 days prior to arrival.
No refund or credit will be given for early departure due to weather conditions.
We highly recommend you purchase Travel Insurance to cover your reservation for cancellation. Contact your Insurance Company or Google search – Domestic Travel Insurance in NZ for more information.
Minimum stays and Rates
Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and peak season. Management reserves the right to alter rates without notice. Rates may change depending on availability and occupancy.
Child ages are 2 to 14 years inclusive – where child rates are offered. Children under 2 years old stay free.
We are pet friendly from the 1 May – 1 October (excluding public and school holidays during this period) on Sites ONLY. We have a strict policy of no pets inside rooms or communal facilities and they must be on a lead at all times when on the park grounds. Please inform our staff at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet. Management has the right to disapprove any pets at their discretion. Conditions apply.
We ask that all guests restrict their noise level after 10.00pm and before 7.00am. No music or radios after 10.00pm. Alcohol must only be consumed on sites booked to guests. Coromandel TOP 10 Holiday Park reserves the right to refuse entry and/or request termination of booking without refund regarding disorderly conduct.
Annual Pool Closure
Please note, we have an annual pool closure from the 1 – 10 November for pool maintenance. Any bookings during this time will not be able to use the pool as it will be closed. *Please note we may be closing it earlier from the 23rd October, we will keep you updated of this change.
